The primary Product and Service is etchall® marketed by the Licensing Agreement with B & B ETCHING PRODUCTS INCORPORATED for the REGISTERED TRADE NAME of "etchall" and etchall® products, and certified by B & B ETCHING PRODUCTS as a qualified user and instructor. The License Agreement grants SOUTHROAD ENTERPRISES as EXCLUSIVE AGENT of the etchall® for business within the State of Tennessee. Etchall of Tennessee consists of the Retail and Wholesale Distribution of etching products, Training, Instruction, and Demonstration to individual users and do-it-yourselfers.
